Do I need a Mac, iPad or iPhone to succeed in the course?Answer:
You DO NOT need a Mac or iPhone/iPad to succeed in the course. The development platform we use has a built in simulator for iPhone ,Pad, Watch and AppleTV. In addition, the Mac lab is reserved for this class multiple times throughout the week and a majority of students have taken advantage of that in the past.Student question:
Do I get an iPad Mini?Answer:
iPad minis will be on loan. These will be used to test all APPS students create as well as the ability to take the iPad mini’s home to learn the interface.

Can I take the class if I haven’t completed CIS180 or CIS276?Answer:
Yes, if you have basic programming knowledge or are willing to learn then I will fill out a prereq waiver so you can register for the course. Please email me at c.konkol@rockvalleycollege.edu.
